1. Agreement
By accessing or using AGWB & Co (the "Site") and purchasing any product or membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products & Orders
All products are hand-poured in small batches. Colors, scents, and textures may vary slightly between batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Brotherhood Club Subscription ($10/month)
The Brotherhood Club is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $10.00 USD per month through Shopify. Your card will be charged automatically each month on the date of your initial signup until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are not refunded prorata.
4. Shipping
Subscription members receive free shipping on all U.S. orders. Non-member orders ship at standard rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of grooming products, opened items are non-returnable. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Subscription charges are non-refundable once shipped.
6. Discount Codes & Samples
Free samples and welcome discount codes are limited to one per customer and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to revoke codes obtained through abuse or misuse.
7. Allergens & Skin Sensitivity
Our products contain natural botanicals and essential oils. Always patch-test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. AGWB & Co is not liable for individual reactions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, photography, and copy — is the property of AGWB & Co and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
AGWB & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
