Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships?

Orders are hand-poured and packed in our Cordova, TN workshop. Most ship within 2 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment it hits the carrier.

How long does delivery take?

U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Express options are shown at checkout if you need it sooner.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. Drop your email on the homepage and we'll let you know when international shipping opens up.

Is shipping really free?

Free U.S. shipping on all orders $60+. Brotherhood Club members get free shipping on every order, no minimum.

I never got my order — what now?

Email hello@agwbco.store with your order number. If a package was lost in transit we'll replace it; if it was marked delivered we'll help you open a carrier claim.

What do I actually get for $10/month?

10% off every order, free U.S. shipping with no minimum, early access to new drops and limited batches, and members-only restocks. Cancel anytime.

When am I billed?

$10 USD on the day you sign up, then automatically on the same date each month, securely through Shopify. No surprise charges.

How do I cancel?

Go to Manage Subscription in the footer (or your profile) and follow the cancel flow. Your benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period.

Will I be refunded if I cancel mid-month?

The current month is non-refundable, but you keep all member benefits until your renewal date. See our Refund Policy for the full eligibility windows.

Can I resubscribe later?

Yes — anytime. Same $10/month, no penalty for taking a break.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene reasons, opened beard oils, balms, and soaps are non-returnable. If something arrived damaged or you had a reaction, email hello@agwbco.store within 14 days and we'll make it right.

What if my product arrived broken?

Send a photo to hello@agwbco.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.

Do you refund subscription charges?

Subscription refunds follow our Refund Policy — there's a 7-day cooling-off window for first charges and specific eligibility windows for billing errors. See the full policy linked in the footer.

Products & Ingredients

What's in your beard oil?

Black seed oil, castor, jojoba, and unrefined shea — sourced from Ghana, Ethiopia, and pressed by hand. Every ingredient is listed on the product page. No silicones, no synthetic fragrance, no fillers.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Our products use natural botanicals and essential oils. We always recommend a patch test on your inner wrist 24 hours before full use. If you have known allergies, check the full ingredient list on the product page first.

Will it work on my beard?

Yes — our line is specifically formulated for coily, coarse, 4B/4C beards. Heavy-weight oils that actually sink in, butters with raw shea, and soaps that don't strip your skin. Built for the brotherhood.

How long does a bottle last?

Most customers get 6–8 weeks out of a 1oz beard oil with daily use. Balms and butters typically last 8–12 weeks.

Are your products vegan / cruelty-free?

Cruelty-free, always. Most products are vegan; a few balms contain beeswax — check the individual product page for the full ingredient list.

Account & Discounts

How do I use a discount code?

Add items to your bag, open the cart drawer, and enter your code in the discount field. Codes are limited to one per order and can't be combined with other offers.

I signed up for the welcome offer — where's my code?

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from hello@agwbco.store. Still nothing? Email us and we'll resend it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email hello@agwbco.store ASAP with the new address. Once it's with the carrier, we can't change it.
