Subscriptions

Brotherhood Club — $10 / Month Refund Policy

The Brotherhood Club is a recurring monthly digital membership billed at $10.00 USD per month through Shopify. Member benefits (member-only pricing, free U.S. shipping, early access, and Brotherhood perks) unlock instantly when payment posts, so monthly charges are non-refundable by default. The narrow exceptions below are the only cases where we issue a subscription refund.

A. Eligibility windows (when a refund is possible)

  • First-charge cooling-off — 7 days. If this is your first ever Brotherhood Club charge and you have not used any member benefit (no member-priced order, no member-only product, no member code redeemed), you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge date.
  • Renewal billing error — 5 days. If a renewal charge is made after a verified cancellation, or you were billed twice for the same month, you may request a full refund within 5 calendar days of the disputed charge.
  • Service outage. If member benefits were unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to an issue on our side, you may request a prorated refund for that month.
  • No retroactive refunds. Past months that were used (any order placed, any code redeemed, or any benefit accessed) are not refundable, even after cancellation.

B. Cancellation timing

  • You can cancel anytime from your Manage Subscription page. Cancellations are processed within 1 business day.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your benefits stay active until that date — they are not turned off mid-month.
  • No future charges will be made once cancellation is confirmed. We do not prorate or refund the unused remainder of the current month.
  • To stop the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellations submitted within the 24-hour window may not stop that day's charge; if they don't, the renewal is treated as a new billing period and is non-refundable.
  • You may resubscribe at any time. A new subscription starts a new billing cycle from the day you rejoin.

C. How to request a subscription refund

  1. Email hello@agwbco.store from the email address on your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Brotherhood Club refund request".
  3. Include: (a) the date of the charge, (b) the last 4 digits of the card used, and (c) which eligibility window above applies (cooling-off, renewal error, or service outage).
  4. We reply within 2 business days with a decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Shopify and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  5. Please do not file a chargeback before contacting us — we'll resolve verified billing errors faster directly.

This subscription section governs the $10/month Brotherhood Club specifically. Sections below cover one-time orders and general policies.

1. Brotherhood Club Subscription — Summary

Quick summary of the dedicated section above: monthly charges are non-refundable except within the listed eligibility windows. Cancel anytime; benefits run until the end of the paid period; we do not prorate.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Brotherhood Club membership at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your member benefits until that date, and you will not be billed again. We do not prorate or refund partial months.

3. Accidental or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled), email us at hello@agwbco.store within 14 days of the charge. We review every request and will refund verified billing errors in full.

4. Physical Products Shipped With a Subscription

If your subscription includes a shipped product and it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund for that item. The underlying monthly subscription fee remains non-refundable.

5. One-Time Product Orders

For non-subscription orders, our standard return policy applies: unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened personal-care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Shopify and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
